• Our store attempts to compute the proper shipping total for your order. In very rare cases, if the amount has not been computed correctly, we will contact you before charging your card any additional amount. We do not charge you additional shipping without your prior approval. The order form will show you the computed shipping amount before you click to submit your order.
• At the time you order, your credit card is not automatically processed. We process the cards manually and if you feel that the shipping charges have not been computed correctly, you may continue to submit your order and then contact us with additional comments by e-mail or telephone before we charge your credit card. Your credit card is never charged before we (Wendy or Charlie) personally review your order.
• If you choose UPS (United Parcel Service) as your choice of shipping, our store interacts automatically with UPS over the Internet to compute shipping costs. If their automated web site fails to respond (due to various Internet problems or outages) then your shipping charges would show as $0 (zero). If that is the case, we will contact you with the correct shipping charges before charging your credit card. Also, during this process, your credit card information is not passed along to UPS for any reason. Only your destination and weight of the package are submitted in order to determine the cost of shipping the package.
• The minimum shipping charge on all orders is 1 pound.
• If your order results in an oversize box or other additional charges are incurred, we will contact you before charging your credit card.
  
  

• On Balsam Fir Filled Pillows ordered, we charge a shipping rate of ½ pound for each unless otherwise specified on the item. Many of the pillows weigh up to 5 pounds and the shipping charge for each item is charged at the rate of a small sachet bag. We pay additional costs.
• Due to the fact that we pay most of the shipping costs on many Balsam Fir Pillow orders, we reserve the right to change the shipping method in order to conserve costs. We will not change shipping methods without your approval either by e-mail or telephone and there are never additional costs added to your credit card without your prior approval.
